Replacement Only:
We do not offer monetary refunds. SeedVana provides replacements only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. -
Eligibility for Replacement:
To be eligible for a replacement, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this timeframe will not be considered. -
Proof Requirement:
Customers are required to provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue. For damaged or incorrect items, an unboxing video is highly recommended to validate the claim. -
Verification Process:
All requests will be reviewed by our team. If the product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, a replacement will be approved. -
Replacement Dispatch:
Once approved, the replacement product will be shipped within 2–4 business days. -
