At SeedVana, we are committed to providing quality seeds and gardening products. Due to the nature of these products, we maintain a strict replacement-only policy under specific conditions.

  1. Replacement Only:
    We do not offer monetary refunds. SeedVana provides replacements only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  2. Eligibility for Replacement:
    To be eligible for a replacement, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this timeframe will not be considered.

  3. Proof Requirement:
    Customers are required to provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue. For damaged or incorrect items, an unboxing video is highly recommended to validate the claim.

  4. Verification Process:
    All requests will be reviewed by our team. If the product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, a replacement will be approved.

  5. Replacement Dispatch:
    Once approved, the replacement product will be shipped within 2–4 business days.

  6. Non-Eligible Cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Improper handling or storage

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Germination or growth issues due to external factors such as soil quality, climate, watering, or care practices
